[Woojin Industries Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy

in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects

and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

 


1. Purpose and Items of Personal Information Processing

      The Company processes the minimum amount of personal information for the following purposes.

      The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those specified,

      and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

      and management as follows and stipulates necessary matters so that personal information can be safely managed

      during the entrustment contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

      The user's personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved.

      However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, it shall be kept as follows:

       Users may exercise their rights, such as requesting access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing

       of their personal information (log information, etc.) at any time.

  •   • Note: Due to the nature of log information, if it is difficult to identify a specific individual, the exercise of rights may be restricted.

          This Privacy Policy is effective from January 1, 2026.
